2 years agoThis map of Brookland is from 1766. One of the more incredible things about it is how defined most of Manhattan already was,
overalmost three centuries ago.Where can I find more like this?
The Library of Congress has an enormous collection of maps organized by state. They’re indexed by date and points of interest. I have a few of my favorites saved in a folder to print some day.
